3. Code of Conduct

You are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful, professional, and ethical manner at all times while participating in our Programs. This includes demonstrating respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive, offensive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances and may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund. You must also adhere to all safety instructions, facility rules, and learning guidelines provided by our team. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept responsibility for your behavior and acknowledge that violations may impact your continued participation.

4. Attendance & Participation

Active attendance and participation are critical for maximizing the value of our Programs. You are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, or sessions, whether in-person or online, and to contribute constructively to discussions and group activities. Missed classes will not be refunded, though makeup opportunities may be offered at our sole discretion. For certain Programs, completion of projects, assessments, or practical assignments is mandatory to qualify for certification. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your commitment to active participation directly influences your learning outcomes and progression.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, documents, videos, digital assets, and related resources provided during the Program remain the exclusive intellectual property of DaaS Forge. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use such materials strictly for personal learning purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. While any original work you create as part of the Program remains your property, you grant us the right to showcase or publish your work (with proper credit) for promotional or educational purposes.

6. Safety & Liability

Your safety is our priority. You are required to follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and instructions provided during training, especially when using equipment, tools, or workshop facilities. While we take reasonable measures to ensure a safe learning environment, participation in hands-on activities involves inherent risks. DaaS Forge is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred during participation, except where such harm results directly from proven negligence on our part. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation at your own risk.

7. Certification

Certificates of completion or achievement will be awarded only to students who fulfill all Program requirements, including attendance, participation, and successful completion of assignments or assessments. Certification represents recognition of the skills and knowledge acquired but does not imply guaranteed employment or career advancement. Employers, organizations, or third parties may set their own criteria for recognition, and DaaS Forge makes no warranties regarding external acceptance of certificates. It is your responsibility to meet all outlined requirements to qualify for certification.

8. Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to make adjustments to Program schedules, instructors, curricula, or learning platforms when necessary to maintain quality and relevance. Such changes may include replacing instructors, updating content, rescheduling sessions, or introducing new learning methods. While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require immediate modifications. Continued participation in the Program after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated structure.

9. Privacy

Protecting your personal information is important to us. Any data you provide during enrollment or participation will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
